"The tour of the cave was my highlight of the trip. I like the science behind wine making. The process is fascinating. Phoebe was the perfect tour guide if you can request an employee! We purchased 5 wonderful wines. After the tour we had a private tasting room with a cheese plate that complimented the wines. You can also join one of their membership programs, which other family members of ours have done. It is how we heard of this small family winery. They gifted us certificates for the full tour.
